Richard T. Kemmerle,                                                              Vice President of Manufacturing brings over 30 years of manufacturing experience in semiconductor engineering, process/product development, quality management, wafer fabrication, domestic and international manufacturing operations.  Prior to joining ISET, Mr. Kemmerle was vice president of operations at HOLT Integrated Circuits in Mission Viejo, CA from 1996-2006.  Prior to HOLT, Mr. Kemmerle held management positions in engineering, quality, and manufacturing at Silicon Systems in Irvine CA, Fairchild Semiconductor in South Portland ME, and Western Electric Corporation in Allentown PA.  Mr. Kemmerle holds a BS in Physics from Moravian College
