ISET has extensive experience in working with federal, state
agencies and private corporations over the last 17 years for
ongoing support of its research and product development in
photovoltaics. ISET has worked with a number of organizations
such as the Department of Defense (DOD), California Energy
Commission (CEC), Department of Commerce (DOC), Jet Propulsion
Laboratory (JPL), and a number of public and private
universities and research institutions. ISET is currently

States Department of Energy (DOE)
The Department of Energy is one of the nation's
premier science and technology organizations. The
Department undertakes the responsibility for long-term
high-risk research and development of energy technology,
federal power marketing, energy conservation, the nuclear
weapons program, energy regulatory programs, and a central
energy data collection and analysis program.

Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL)
NREL is a U.S. Department of Energy national laboratory
managed by Midwest Research Institute, Battelle and
Bechtel. The laboratory is a leading center for research
into solar energy technologies, wind energy, plant- and
waste-derived fuels and chemicals, energy-efficient
buildings, advanced vehicle design, geothermal energy and
hydrogen fuel cells.

Force Research Laboratory (AFRL)
The AFRL provides technological innovations for
aerospace power. Its mission is to lead the discovery,
development, and integration of affordable
technologies for innovative air and space force.
Through the SBIR
program, it pushes the participation of small

commercialization of technology for space systems and

Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST)
Founded in 1901, NIST is a non-regulatory federal
agency within the U.S. Commerce
Department's Technology Administration. NIST's
mission is to develop and promote measurements,
standards, and technology. Through the Advanced
Technology Program, NIST accelerates the
development of innovative technologies for broad
national benefit by co-funding R&D partnerships with
the private sector.

Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA)
NASA's program provides capital for high-risk,
high payoff research funding benefiting the general
aviation industry. The Small
Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small
Business Technology Transfer (STTR) Programs provide
an opportunity for small, high technology companies
and research institutions (RI) to participate in
Government sponsored research and development
(R&D) efforts in key technology areas. The program
is hosted at the Goddard Flight Center with oversight
located at Glenn Research Center.
